Account security
Use your own Mail2Go account, keep credentials private and report suspected compromise through the approved support route. Never share a pickup QR code.
Parcel collection
Collection remains subject to staff identity checks, centre opening hours and the centre's approved operating procedure. A tracking status is not proof of ownership.
Owner review required
Final terms should define service ownership, acceptable use, availability, liability, dispute handling, accessibility and governing requirements before launch.
